Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned package is properly packed and shipped with a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Provide Tracking Information
After shipping the item back, please provide us with the return tracking number.

6. Refunds

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any additional shipping fees, return fees, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
